Accommodation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Military Accommodation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

A limited number of on-site rooms will be available for conference attendees with booking priority for military and governmental participants. The rooms are located in close neighborhood to the lecture hall on the premises of the Bundeswehr Medical Academy; they are military basic standard, and not all of them are equipped with en suite bathrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Military accommodation will be assigned successively to applicants by 31 Jan 2027. Booking confirmations will be sent by email. If the number of requests exceeds the number of available rooms, you may receive a negative reply. In this case, we kindly recommend you to refer to the hotel list for booking your accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that non-members of the Bundeswehr will be charged with approx. \u20ac14.00 per night. Please pay cash at the conference.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast will be provided in the barracks canteen. Payment will be made by charging the respective amounts to a personal prepaid electronic card; for non-German military participants, spot cash will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to apply for military accommodation, please select the appropriate menu item in the Accommodation checkbox during the Registration process. If you no longer need your assigned military accommodation, please notify the organizers as early as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hotels<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Different to the previous years, this year we cannot guarantee to provide bus shuttle service in the morning to the barracks, yet. Therefore, we recommend currently to use hotels well-connected to the barracks by public transportation. Those are e.g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
